Morocco plans to part ways with its current coach, Walid Regragui.
Despite a failed CAN – elimination at the round of 16 stage – Walid Regragui was confirmed as Morocco coach. But, maybe not for long. There would be talk of throwing him out very soon.
According to information from L'Equipe, the FRMF plans to part ways with Regragui next summer. The idea of Faouzi Lekjaa, its president, is to call on former coach Hervé Renard. The Moroccans are ready to wait until the end of the Olympic Games to hire the French technician.
