PSG is already preparing for the future. While the quarter-finals of the Champions League loom with a clash against an old acquaintance, Barça, the reigning French champion, is building its future. This future, Kylian Mbappé will not be part of it, he who will join Real Madrid as we revealed on January 7. Management will probably look for a player capable of playing in the left lane of the attack but not only.

A central defender will be sought again, despite the upcoming competition which will increase in this position. Currently, only Marquinhos, Danilo, Beraldo and Hernandez can play there but Milan Skiriniar and Presnel Kimpembe will return from injury this summer. There will inevitably be choices to make. The question concerns in particular the future of the Brazilian captain, the door of which will be open to him during the next transfer window in the event of a good offer.

Nottingham Forest need to sell

A name has already been checked for the future. Two days ago, the English press revealed an interest in Murillo. Aged 21, the Brazilian plays for Nottingham Forest, 17th in the Premier League. A club with which the native of São Paulo has played 27 matches in all competitions this season, all as a starter in the left axis (1 assist). His profile appeals to PSG. But not only. The English media explains that FC Barcelona is also on the case.

According to The Telegraph, Nottingham Forest will demand at least £50 million, or almost €60 million, to let go of their player. The most optimistic opinions even mention €80 million. A sum within the ropes of PSG, which will also be in a position of strength in this matter. The English club has just been singled out for its failure to respect the financial fair play of the Premier League. The Reds received a penalty point but above all they must comply with the regulations by June 30 or face a heavier sanction.
