After hanging up his boots in October 2022, Franck Ribéry currently holds the position of technical advisor within Salernitana. A position that he should leave shortly.
According to information from Sky Sport, the former French international will become the assistant coach of Stefano Colantuono, recently appointed coach of Salernitana. The Granata are last in Serie A, eleven points behind the non-relegation lead. “Kaiser Franck” should therefore put on his new costume against Thiago Motta’s Bologna on April 1st.
Ribéry is preparing his diplomas
After ending his football career, Ribéry expressed his desire to eventually become a coach. ” It's my aim. I am currently preparing to pass my diplomas”he told the German media Sports Bild.
