The Bernardo Silva soap opera continues. Indeed, the Portuguese attacking midfielder, under contract with Manchester City until June 2026, spoke about his future during an interview.

Recently, City manager Pep Guardiola expressed his satisfaction at seeing Bernardo Silva remain at the club. However, the 29-year-old is coveted by several clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain and Barça.

Bernardo Silva reveals his new goal

In an interview with the SIC channel, the five-time English champion and 2023 European champion declared his intention to return to Benfica one day.

“I'm sure I'll come back to Benfica. It’s a career and life goal,” said the former member of AS Monaco.
