AC Milan won (1-3) this Sunday afternoon on the pitch of Hellas Verona. The Lombard club thus consolidates its place as runner-up in Serie A.

The Rossoneri traveled to the Marcantonio-Bentegodi stadium this Sunday for the 29th day of Serie A. We had to wait until the end of the first period to witness the opening score. It was the Frenchman Théo Hernandez who did it, with his left foot, in the opposing six meters (0-1, 44th).

Shortly after the break, Pulisic made the break, from the right, into the empty goal (0-2, 50th). Noslin then managed to reduce the gap by deceiving Maignan with a powerful shot (1-2, 65th). The Lombard club didn’t have much time to doubt as Chukwueze gave his team a two-goal lead with a left-footed shot (1-3, 79th).

Thanks to this victory, Stefano Pioli’s men consolidate their second place in the standings, 13 lengths behind the domestic rival. With 62 points, they now have three units more than Juventus Turin, who did not manage to do better than a draw (0-0), at home, against Genoa.
