By losing widely (3-0) on the Fulham lawn, Spurs missed the opportunity to take fourth place, qualifying for the Champions League.

This Saturday evening, Fulham hosted Tottenham on the 29th day of the Premier League. At the end of the first period, the Cottagers opened the scoring thanks to Muniz. The Brazilian beat Vicario with a right cross shot (1-0, 42nd). After the break, Lukic made the break, with an uncrossed shot of the left thigh (2-0, 49th). Muniz increased the score on the hour mark by throwing himself in front of goal to beat Dragusin (3-0, 61st).

Following this defeat, Spurs remain in fifth place in the English championship, two points behind Aston Villa. Fulham is in twelfth position.
