At just 21 years old, Bradley Barcola has established himself in the typical Paris Saint-Germain team. Recruited for €50 million, the former Olympique Lyonnais resident progressed from match to match and today has 3 goals and 5 assists in 29 matches. A rise which allowed him to be a player for whom the press saw the doors of the France A team opening. In the end, Didier Deschamps preferred to recall Moussa Diaby and Barcola was called by Thierry Henry. Asked about his choice, DD explained.

“Barcola is one of the players we follow. Series of matches where he did great things. He also needs to assert himself in the content. A player with great potential, he will be in Thierry’s (Henry) list which he will give afterwards. Moussa Diaby has around ten selections, has shown some great things, it seemed logical to me to recall him. I don’t know what will happen between now and May given all the matches the players will have to play between now and then, it could be different. It can give him (Diaby) a lot of hope and hope. Let him make sure during and after the gathering to be on the May list. There are players who come regularly. He has not lost all his qualities. His playing time has been reduced a little. He can be decisive, score, make people score. He has already been with us, he has ten selections”he confided at a press conference.
