In search of reinforcements in attack while they will have to learn to live without Kylian Mbappé, PSG would have checked the name of Franco Mastantuono, young attacker from River Plate.

Randal Kolo Muani, Gonçalo Ramos, Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembélé or Marco Asensio: PSG completely overhauled its offensive sector last summer after the departures of Lionel Messi and Neymar. Next June, it is this time Kylian Mbappé who will leave the capital club and the Parisian leaders should once again increase the number of arrivals to try to compensate for the departure of their star scorer.

Many names have been mentioned in recent weeks with a view to the summer transfer window. Victor Osimhen, Mohamed Salah, Luiz Diaz, Rafael Leao and Lautaro Martinez are thus announced on the shelves of Luis Campos and his teams. So many confirmed attackers for whom the French champions will have to pay a high price since not all of them will come for less than 100 million euros.

A release clause set at €30 million

PSG should not, however, be satisfied with just one star to compensate for the loss of the top scorer in Ligue 1. In addition to strengthening in central defense (Lenny Yoro) or in midfield (Joshua Kimmich, Gavi, Bruno Guimaraes), the Parisians would also like to attract other talents in attack. To this end, TNT Sports recently revealed that PSG was among the many clubs interested in Franco Mastantuono, the young prodigy of River Plate.

At only 16 years old, the native of Buenos Aires is one of the sensations of recent months in Argentina after playing in the SuperClasico against Boca Juniors and scoring his first goal with the capital club. The competition nevertheless promises to be tough for PSG since Real Madrid, FC Barcelona and Manchester United would also be in the running. And River Plate has also not given up on extending the one who is under contract until 2025, that is to say until he turns 18, and who has a release clause set at 30 million euros.
