The former Vélodrome idol looked back on his time at Olympique de Marseille.

Didier Drogba may have only stayed for a year and OM signed a new blank season, but the Ivorian striker’s time with Ciel et Blanc remains in everyone’s memory in the Marseille city. Consequence of his repeated exploits, notably in the UEFA Cup where Marseille pushed all the way to the final.
The former Guingampais quickly became an idol in Marseille and the attachment was mutual. And according to the man who ended his season at OM with 32 goals in 55 matches, this attachment was old.
