Winner of Brentford on Saturday, Arsenal are unstoppable in the 2024 Premier League.

The Gunners certainly did not panic the counters like the previous week in Sheffield (0-6), but Arsenal nevertheless ensured the essential by winning against Brentford (2-1) on Saturday.

Thanks to this success, the London club took the lead in the ranking, with Mikel Arteta’s men ahead of Liverpool on goal difference.

And Arsenal is indeed the team in full swing at the start of the year in the Premier League. The Gunners have indeed won eight victories in eight matches in 2024. Only three teams have achieved such a performance in the history of the Premier League: Manchester United in 2009, Liverpool in 2020 and Manchester City in 2021.
