Already a recruit for OL!

In full renewal in 2024, Olympique Lyonnais have already found an agreement for a left back from La Liga, who would arrive this summer.

Very active this winter, to bring quality reinforcements to Pierre Sage’s squad (Matic, Benrahma, Orban, Fofana, etc.), Olympique Lyonnais is already preparing for next season.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Les Gones is finalizing an agreement with Betis for the transfer of Abner, the Brazilian left back of the Andalusian club. The player’s contract would already be ready, and Abner should therefore commit to OL as soon as the summer transfer window opens, on June 1.

Abner was recruited in January 2023 by Betis for 7 million euros, from Athletico Paranaense. Currently injured, he has played 17 La Liga matches this season with the Sevillian club.
