The 28th day of the Premier League continued this Sunday with two nice duels at 3 p.m. First of all, Brighton (10th) hosted Nottingham Forest (17th) with the desire to revive after two matches without a victory. A meeting smoothly led by the Seagulls who quickly took the advantage thanks to an own goal from Andrew Omobamidele shortly before the half-hour mark (29th). Holding this advantage until the end, Brighton won 1-0 and moved up to eighth place.

At the same time, West Ham received bottom-placed Burnley and it got off to a bad start for the Hammers. Quickly led by a goal from David Datro Fofana (11th), David Moyes’ players cracked again before the break with an own goal from Kostas Mavropanos (45th +1). Returning from the locker room, Lucas Paqueta restarted West Ham (46th) who decided to push in order to equalize. At the end of the match, Danny Ings was able to equalize but his goal was refused (86th). It was only a postponement since he managed to come back to the score straight away (90th +2). With this 2-2 draw, West Ham remains seventh when Burnley climbs to 19th place.
