The round of 16 first leg of the Europa League saw Liverpool and Roma perform well this Thursday evening.

The Reds won 1-5 on the pitch at Sparta Prague; served by McAllister (6e on penalty), Darwin (25e45e+3), Diaz (53e) and Szoboszlai (90e+4).

The Giallorossi for their part outclassed Brighton at home (4-0), with goals from Dybala (13e), Lukaku (43e), Mancini (64e) and Cristante (68e).
