Real Sociedad had a frustrating evening at the Reale Arena on Tuesday, as they were eliminated from this season’s Champions League after a 4-1 aggregate defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16.
Mikel Merino gave the public a great moment by scoring a consolation goal at the end of the match. The 27-year-old midfielder had an eventful end to the match, as he spoke several times with referee Michael Oliver.
