PSG, a great first since 2016

Winner of the two matches against Real Sociedad, PSG had not been to such a celebration for eight years.

PSG did not tremble. Three days after their 2-0 victory at the Parc des Princes, the capital club did it again at Anoeta, with a 2-1 victory. Enough to calmly validate your ticket for the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Such tranquility is also a rare thing for Parisians. This is only the third time since the takeover of the club by QSI that PSG has won both matches of a double confrontation.

To find traces of two victories for the Rouge et Bleu, we have to go back to the 2015-2016 season and the round of 16 won against Chelsea (2-1, 2-1). Previously, PSG also had a double blow against Bayer Leverkusen in 2014 (4-0, 2-1).
