Three weeks after their 2-0 first leg victory, PSG will try to validate their ticket for the quarter-finals at Anoeta.

In a position of strength after their 2-0 victory acquired in the first leg, PSG does not display great serenity when it comes to meeting Real Sociedad in its Anoeta lair. Obviously a consequence of the Mbappé circus, his exit during the break on Friday in Monaco caused big shocks among the French champions, but also numerous uncertainties weighing on defense.

While the worst was to be feared, the French champions should certainly be able to count on Marquinhos and Danilo Pereira, finally fit to make the trip to the Basque Country. According to Le Parisien and L’Equipe, the two men are also in the balance to pair up with Lucas Beraldo in central defense, Lucas Hernandez once again having to be aligned in the left lane. For RMC, on the other hand, the trend would be more towards an association between Lucas Hernandez and Danilo Pereira in the central hinge, Marquinhos considering himself too fair, and to a tenure of Nuno Mendes, recently returned from injury, in the left lane.

For the rest, Luis Enrique should however do in the classic. In midfield, Warren Zaire-Emery, Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz should once again be associated while at the forefront Kylian Mbappé will start well and should be surrounded by Ousmane Dembélé and Bradley Barcola.

The probable composition of PSG

Donnarumma – Hakimi, Danilo (Marquinhos), Lucas Hernandez, Nuno Mendes – Vitinha, Ruiz, Zaire-Emery – Dembélé, Mbappé, Barcola.

Real Sociedad, for its part, will have to cope without several players. Aihen Munoz, Alvaro Odriorzola, Carlos Fernandez and Martin Melenquez are indeed on the flank.

The probable line-up of Real Sociedad

Remiro – Traoré, Le Normand, Zubeldia, Galan – Merino, Zubimendi, Mendez – Oyarzabal, Silva, Kubo
