Emmanuel Petit makes fun of Mudryk

Former French international Emmanuel Petit doubts the level of Chelsea’s Ukrainian winger Mykhaylo Mudryk.

Former French midfielder Emmanuel Petit believes a move to Arsenal would not have guaranteed Mykhaylo Mudryuk’s success.

Mudryk signed for Chelsea last season before joining Arsenal when they left Shakhtar Donetsk.

“Mudryk wouldn’t have succeeded at Chelsea either”

Petit, who played for both clubs, told Wettfreunde: “There is also no guarantee that he would have succeeded at Arsenal. But of course the chances would have been greater because the team is better structured there and there is much more stability.”

Mudryk scored for Chelsea in the FA Cup win over Leeds in midweek. It was only his fifth goal of the season. He also has two assists.
