Manchester United are interested in Miguel Gutierrez, the brilliant full-back from Girona.

According to daily El Mundo Deportivo, left-back Miguel Gutierrez is on Manchester United’s wish list.

However, the Mancunians have serious competition for the Spaniard. Real Madrid have a buyout clause and Carlo Ancelotti is said to be very interested in Gutiérrez’s return as he lacks options in the area in question. With the numerous defections that there have been this season behind, one more man would have been very useful in defense.

Gutiérrez has also been the subject of rumors linking him with AC Milan, Manchester City and Bayern Munich. But these are baseless rumors according to the Iberian daily newspaper.

Gutiérrez, who is under contract until 2027, has scored one goal and provided six assists in 30 official matches this season.
