Without Milan Skriniar and Presnel Kimpembe, still in rehabilitation, and without Marquinhos, resting to definitively treat his calf injury, PSG travels to Louis II tomorrow to face AS Monaco. A match at the top (1st against 3rd) which will perhaps see the return of Nuno Mendes as a starter. After playing his first minutes of the season last weekend against Rennes, the Portuguese will certainly have more playing time. Luis Enrique was satisfied with the return of his left side offering new possibilities, in particular that of playing at the same time time than Achraf Hakimi, also considered very offensive in his lane.

“Of course, good players can always play together. We adapt to the players available and Nuno Mendes is a very effective player in his position. We want to generate a sort of synergy for the team. (…) We have more variety, more choice. We can no longer play forward. He is a more offensive player and it is very interesting to have this option for the staff and for me as a coach” declared the Parisian coach at a press conference.
