The Kylian Mbappé soap opera continues to hit the headlines. While Real Madrid seems to be the preferred destination for the player at the end of his contract at Paris Saint-Germain next June, a dinner at the Elysée this Tuesday evening could change the situation.
Invited by President Emmanuel Macron, the French striker will meet Nasser Al-Khelaïfi and the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim ben Hamad Al-Thani, respectively president and owner of the capital club.
A final offensive from PSG?
Officially, the meeting will focus on the conflict between Israel and Hamas, with Qatar playing a major role in negotiations for a ceasefire and the release of hostages. But it’s a safe bet that Mbappé’s future will also be on the agenda for discussions.
