And as usual this season, Harry Kane comes out on top. Once again decisive with Bayern Munich, the English striker tops this ranking with 27 goals in 23 matches. Against RB Leipzig in a 2-1 victory this Saturday, he scored twice.
He is ahead with a good lead on Luuk de Jong who comes second. Excellent this season with PSV Eindhoven, the Dutch striker delivered a high-class match during his team’s 7-1 victory against Zwolle. With this hat-trick scored, he now has 22 goals in 23 matches. The podium is completed by Lautaro Martinez who maintains his solid pace. With Inter Milan against Lecce (4-0), the Argentinian saw double and now has a solid record of 22 goals in 23 matches.
Kevin Denkey goes back
Just behind, Kevin Denkey comes in fourth place. The Togolese striker from Cercle Bruges has 22 goals in 26 matches with the Belgian team. Against Eupen yesterday, he scored a decisive double in his team’s 2-0 victory. Silent against Rennes (1-1), Kylian Mbappé is experiencing a slight setback. The Paris Saint-Germain striker therefore remains stuck at 21 goals in 21 matches since the start of the year. It’s a little better than the Greek Vangelis Pavlidis and his 21 goals in 23 matches. Yesterday against Ajax Amsterdam, he did not score despite AZ Alkmaar’s 2-0 victory.
Another scoreless match also for Santiago Giménez. The Mexican striker is marking time despite his 19 goals in 22 matches and finds himself seventh in this ranking. It’s a little better than Serhou Guirassy and his 18 goals in 17 games. The Guinean did not score against Cologne this Saturday (1-1). He is just ahead of Edin Dzeko who is ninth with 18 goals in 26 matches. The Bosnian failed to find the fault with Fenerbahçe despite a 2-1 victory against Kasimpasa. Finally, the Scot Lawrence Shankland comes tenth, who suffered a heavy defeat with Hearts of Midlothian against Glasgow Rangers (5-0). He now has 18 goals in 27 matches.
Viktor Gyökeres (Sporting CP), Erling Haaland (Manchester City) and Mohamed Amoura (Union-Saint-Gilloise) follow with 17 goals. Igor Thiago (Club Bruges), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid) and Loïs Openda (RB Leipzig) also scored 16 goals while Mohamed Salah (Liverpool), Simon Banza (Braga), Dusan Vlahovic (Juventus), Borja Mayoral (Getafe) and Mame Baba Thiam (Kayserispor and Pendikspor) follow with 15 goals.
