Bayern Munich appoints its new sporting director

Bayern Munich has found its new sporting director. Looking for a new name after the dismissal of Hasan Salihamidžić early last summer, the Bavarian club decided to name “Max Eberl, from March 1, 2024. The 50-year-old has signed a contract with the German champion until June 30, 2027”assures the Recorder in his press release.

“The committee also agreed that from July 1, 2024, the board of directors of FC Bayern München AG will consist of three positions: a president, a finance & sales director and a sports director.”, it is added. As a reminder, Max Eberl, ex-Bayern Munich player, was dismissed from his position as sporting director of RB Leipzig at the end of September last year.
