While the Algerian Football Federation (FAF) is still discussing the terms of its separation from Djamel Belmadi, the Fennecs are about to see Vladimir Petkovic arrive in the role of new coach. The formalization should take place in the coming days. Thursday at the latest.

His experience on the bench of the Girondins de Bordeaux, the year of their descent into Ligue 2, also remains a big black spot and his last appearance on a bench. Algeria hopes that he will be the man who will give new impetus to the Fennecs.
