Injured since last January, Slovak international Milan Skriniar could soon make his return.

Paris Saint-Germain central defender Milan Skriniar could make his return to competition sooner than expected. Having undergone ankle surgery on January 8, after an injury suffered against Toulouse (2-0) during the Champions Trophy, he was initially announced to be absent for a period of 3 to 4 months.

According to the newspaper The Parisian, the Slovak international is “slightly ahead of the planned transition times for his convalescence”. This means that he could play again as early as March, a month before the date initially planned.

The return of Skriniar would be excellent news for PSG. Since his free arrival this summer from Inter Milan this summer, he has played 23 matches in all competitions with PSG.
