Portuguese international Gonçalo Ramos is living a nightmare at Paris Saint-Germain. His future within the capital club would be uncertain.

Gonçalo Ramos’ adventure at Paris Saint-Germain is far from being a fairy tale. Arriving this summer from Benfica for 65 million euros, the Portuguese striker is struggling to establish himself under the orders of coach Luis Enrique.

In six months, the 22-year-old has only played 800 minutes in Ligue 1, half as many as Kylian Mbappé, one of his competitors for the number 9 position. Also note that the Frenchman’s versatility allows him to sometimes be aligned on the wings. The Spanish technician justifies this lack of playing time by an incompatibility between Ramos’ style of play and his system.

Ramos is fed up

According to The Parisian, This situation is not well received by Ramos, who would be open to leaving next summer. The Parisian management nevertheless wishes to keep it, but could let it slip in the event of an express request from the player.

The Parisian dream of Gonçalo Ramos, whose contract expires in June 2024, could therefore come to an end.
