After Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), the town of Gonesse in Val-d’Oise applied. While Paris Saint-Germain, through its president Nasser al-Khelaïfi, has indicated its desire to leave the Parc des Princes, due to lack of an agreement with Paris City Hall, alternative solutions for the club’s next stadium of the capital are beginning to emerge. In this context, The Team affirms this Thursday that Gonesse has expressed its interest in hosting the future PSG stadium.

The mayor of the municipality located north of Paris wrote to the president of the Parisian club. “Gonesse has 180 hectares available. We are served by three motorways (A1, A3 and A104), close to two airports (Roissy and Le Bourget) and we will be connected to the Grand Paris Express. We will be 15-20 minutes from Saint-Lazare station”indicated Claude Tibi, deputy mayor in charge of finances, public orders and head of the Agir pour Gonesse group.
