The Auteuil corner of the Parc des Princes once again showed its dissatisfaction with the mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo on Wednesday during the round of 16 first leg of the Champions League against Real Sociedad.

The PSG ultras will not give up. While the club owned by Qatar decided to leave the Parc des Princes in a few years due to the refusal of the Paris town hall to cede the Porte de Saint-Cloud enclosure to it, the Auteuil corner had expressed its dissatisfaction at against the mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, during the visit of Lille (3-1), last Saturday in Ligue 1.

Banners were displayed and insulting chants were chanted (and echoed by part of the stadium). The Park announcer quickly asked the supporters not to shout such comments. These insulting chants were not at all appreciated by the municipality, which asked the LFP for sanctions against the Parisian public and which intends to take the matter to court.

The CUP was therefore more sober on Wednesday evening, during the round of 16 first leg of the Champions League against Real Sociedad, by avoiding singing against Hidalgo. Only two banners were displayed at the start of the match, with the messages “Hidalgo, get out, pack up” And “You’re making us so angry”.
