Landing last summer in Paris, Marco Asensio told how PSG was perceived in Spain.
After seven seasons at Real Madrid, Marco Asensio decided to join Paris Saint-Germain on a free at the start of last summer. Happy with his choice, the Spanish international explained, during an interview with AFP, that the residents of the Parc des Princes were seen as a European great on the other side of the Pyrenees.
“The club is seen as a big club in Europe. For me it is an elite club in European and world football, with very talented players and which is a candidate for the title in all competitions”confided the former Madrilenian.

Asensio also returned his arrival in the City of Lights. “I’m very happy to be here, it’s a new experience, a new challenge for my careerdid he declare. And to discuss his ambitions with PSG: “With the club, the staff and the players, we are on the right track, united, and I believe that we will accomplish great things. We all get along well and are very ambitious.
