Present on the occasion of a press conference promoting the veteran club world championship project (VCWC 2024), Pedro Miguel Pauleta took the opportunity to return to Parisian news and in particular the club’s desire to leave the Parc des Princes due to disagreement with Paris town hall. “I hope they will reach an agreement so that Paris Saint-Germain continues at the Parc with its supporters. But it’s up to the club to decide. As a supporter and with what I experienced at the Park, I hope that the club will continue at the Park. (…) We’ll see, but it’s up to them to decide”first assured the former striker and captain of the Ile-de-France region.

And to add: “the Park is a special stadium. I remember very well when I arrived in France and I came to play at the Parc with Bordeaux, everyone said to me: “You’re going to see Pedro, it’s a different stadium”. And that’s true ! All the teams that play at the Park feel it, the great players feel it. This is my garden, my house, this is where I see all the supporters shouting my name. It’s Paris Saint-Germain.”. The message has gotten through!
