This is the major subject of tension which spoils relations between the leaders of Paris Saint-Germain and the city of Paris: the Parc des Princes. QSI wants to buy the enclosure located in the 16th arrondissement, to carry out major work there, with the aim of expanding the capacity of the stadium. The mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, for her part, remains firm in her positions, refusing to sell the Park, at least for the amount that had been proposed by the PSG staff. Since then, several episodes of tension have agitated the ranks, with sometimes sweeping declarations.

Anne Hidalgo decided to whistle the end of recess, in an interview given to West Francewhere she assumes her position firmly. “I repeat: we are ready to study and support transformations of the Park. I also say it again today and once and for all: there will be no sale of the Parc des Princes, it is the heritage of Parisians. The subject is closed “. It remains to be seen how Nasser Al-KhelaĂŻfi, the president of PSG, will take this new media outing, he who warned last January: “if the town hall does not want to (sell the Parc des Princes, editor’s note) we leave, we will have no choice. It’s the worst choice and even if it hurts, we won’t have a choice. We deserve more respect for all the investments made in France and Paris.”
