According to Calciomercato, the Rossoneri have reportedly started discussions with the representatives of the French goalkeeper with a view to a contract extension of two additional years, i.e. until June 2028, with a salary increase at stake. Currently, the former PSG and Lille earns 2.8 million euros net per year. In the future, he would like to be paid at the level of the other headliners of the Milan club, like Rafael Leao, who receives 7 million euros per year.
