The desire of Olympique de Marseille to part ways with Jonathan Clauss goes down badly with some observers.
These last two days of the winter transfer window promise to be once again eventful for Olympique de Marseille. Four players have already arrived – Jean Onana, Ullises Garcia, Faris Moumbagna and Quentin Merlin – but the Marseille leaders are now working to remove one of their senior players and find a replacement.
At the end of his contract in 2025, Jonathan Clauss is in fact pushed towards the exit, OM finding him less invested and fearing that his player will preserve himself in this second half of the season with a view to the Euro. Explanations which do not convince Eric Di Meco.
