Celta: Hugo Mallo tried for sexual abuse of a mascot

He put his hands under the costume and touched her breasts. According to the witness, he grabbed her breasts with his hands and started making movements., indicates the complaint filed by the victim. The action is not considered sexual assault because the Penal Code in force at the time applies. The alleged victim’s lawyer and the prosecution agree to request that Mallo be sentenced to a fine of 24 months, in a daily amount depending on the assets of the accused, the payment of which would go to the State, in accordance with in article 181.1 of the Penal Code.
