Suspended three matches by the FFF, Amandine Henry perhaps has a chance to play one last D1 Arkéma match with Losc (before the end of her two-month loan). The northern club appealed.

Excluded 10 days ago in D1 Arkéma, during a draw by Losc against Dijon (2-2), Amandine Henry received a three-match suspension from the FFF disciplinary committee . The midfielder of the French women’s team once thought that she would no longer play with the Dogues, she who is on loan for the first two months of the year from her club Angel City FC.

The northern club, however, decided to appeal. If the sanction imposed on the former OL star player is reduced, the latter could thus be available for the reception of Le Havre in the championship, on February 10, before playing the quarter-final of the Coupe de France against FC Fleury, the 14th. The Mastiffs in fact eliminated OM last Sunday (4-2).

The French team before California

For the moment, the 33-year-old has only played three matches with the club from her hometown, which is penultimate in the women’s championship: a 6-0 defeat against PSG, a cup qualification snatched from Mans (2-3) and the reception of the Dijonnaises.

Henry will then return to the Blues for the Final Four of the Women’s Nations League, with a semi-final against Germany on February 23, at Groupama Stadium, four days before a final or a match for third place against Spain or the Netherlands. It will be time to leave for California and prepare for the new NWSL season.
