Stade Rennais should continue to strengthen between now and the end of the winter transfer window.
It is with the ambition to raise the bar that Stade Rennais approached this second part of the season. Very active on the transfer market, the Breton club attracted midfielder Azor Matusiwa. The sporting director of Stade Rennais thus confirmed that the defensive sector should be further strengthened. An agreement has been reached with Clermont Foot for the signing of Alidu Seidu. But the Ghanaian international, currently at the African Cup of Nations, will not be the only recruit in this sector.
