This Saturday evening, Paris Saint-Germain won their 1/16 final of the Coupe de France on the lawn of Orléans with a score of 4 goals to 1. As usual, Kylian Mbappé was decisive by scoring a double but also delivering two assists.

A perfect evening for the Parisian and his teammates. After the meeting, on his social networks, the captain of the France team paid a vibrant tribute to the former FC Nantes player Emiliano Sala who died 5 years ago in a plane crash. The Parisian striker posted a photo in his Instagram story with the former Nantes player.

KM7 in great shape at the start of 2024

As is often the case during Paris Saint-Germain matches, the light often comes from Kylian Mbappé. Against the Orléans players, the red and blue number 7 showed himself to be uncompromising, finding the path to goal twice.

The Frenchman has been in good shape since returning from the break. In four matches played, he scored 7 times. Remarkable statistics which should give him confidence before tackling the tough matches in the league and the Champions League in the coming days.
