Hugo Ekitike is more than ever on the move. The PSG striker is expected to join Eintracht Frankfurt in the coming days.
Arriving at Paris Saint-Germain in July 2022, Hugo Ekitike hoped to make his mark despite the presence of offensive stars Neymar and Lionel Messi at the time, not forgetting Kylian Mbappé. Paris had also set the price, with a transfer amount estimated at thirty-five million euros. But the scenario turned into a disaster for the former Stade de Reims who never managed to find his place and who was gradually sidelined. A year and a half later, the attacker is leaving.
This Sunday, the show Téléfoot took stock of the case of the young twenty-one-year-old Frenchman. PSG is a seller and two Bundesliga clubs are in the mix: Wolfsburg and Frankfurt. And according to the media, it is Eintracht which would benefit from Ekitike’s favors. The latter would prefer to take charge of Randal Kolo Muani’s former club. It remains to be seen whether the management of the German club will be ready to pay the price.
Agreement imminent
Paris Saint-Germain is awaiting an offer that it does not want to be less than thirty million euros. Frankfurt could ultimately agree to pay this amount. An agreement would be close to being reached between all parties.
