Used to criticizing Manchester United players, the dark Roy Keane this time attacked a Liverpool member.

Manchester United legend Roy Keane was responsible for another rowdy outing in England. He criticized Trent Alexander-Arnold very virulently.

Keane takes out the sulphate: ‘He’s gotten so bad’

The Liverpool right-back has been praised for his ball skills and versatility. The England international has played as a midfielder for most of the season, but Keane believes he should mainly improve his abilities as a full-back.

He told the Stick to Football podcast: “I can’t believe how bad (Trent Alexander-Arnold) is on defense. For a guy who has played a lot of games on defense, it’s like he’s never played that position before.”

“It’s amazing how bad he is at defense, when people pass him by”, insisted the ex-Mancunian. Known for not keeping his tongue in his pocket, the Irishman says out loud what other observers are thinking quietly.

Arsenal legend Ian Wright then defended the right-back, saying: “It’s such a redundant argument. He is said to let his wingers slip to the side a lot, but that is not the role he currently plays. He became a creator.”
