Thierry Henry officiated on Monday at the presentation of The Best Trophies ceremony which was held in London.

A scent of scandal surrounded the gala evening organized this Monday on the occasion of the presentation of The Best trophies. Consequence of the coronation of Lionel Messi, preferred to Erling Haaland despite the golden season achieved by the Norwegian with Manchester City and the complicated year experienced by the Argentinian, who left PSG through the back door before going into exile at Inter Miami.

After trying her hand at singing, the London native, originally from Bangladesh, launched into sports journalism after studying at the University of Bath and then Harlow College. Having worked for the BBC, TNT Sports and Talksport, Reshmin Chowdhury has become one of the most prominent presenters in England, regularly officiating at major events such as the Olympic Games or the Football World Cup.

Reshmin Chowdury was on familiar ground Monday evening. The 46-year-old journalist is on her fourth evening of The Best Trophies after having officiated in the past alongside Ruud Gullit or Jermaine Jemas. She also presented the draw for the 2022 World Cup alongside Idris Elba or that of the Champions League on several occasions.
