Barcelona’s hopes of signing Moscardo appeared to have ended after Paris Saint-Germain agreed terms with Corinthians for the 18-year-old, but as MD reported, the Brazilian club are threatening to pull the plug to the operation, because he has still not received any money from the French champions.
PSG do not want to pay for the moment because Moscardo needs foot surgery, which would prevent him from playing for three months. Corinthians, tired of this situation, could decide to keep the player, which would give Barcelona the possibility of recruiting him next summer, if they wish (and if they have the means).
