As part of the 21st day of the Premier League, Chelsea welcomed Fulham to Stamford Bridge. 10th in the English championship at kick-off, the Blues quickly dominated in this meeting but could not find the fault against the Cottagers. We finally had to wait until added time in the first act to see Cole Palmer break the deadlock. After a foul on Raheem Sterling in the opposing area, the young 21-year-old English midfielder transformed the penalty and threw his team perfectly (1-0, 45+3rd).

Fortunately for Mauricio Pochettino’s men, Djordje Petrovic reassured his team (73rd, 74th) and preserved the Blues’ narrow victory. With this result (1-0), Chelsea moved back to 8th place.
