Thanks to a new goal from Cole Palmer, Chelsea won against Fulham this Saturday and continues their climb up the standings.
Chelsea breathe. After a delicate first part of the season despite colossal investments during the summer transfer window, the Blues may have finally found their rhythm. This Saturday, Mauricio Pochettino’s men welcomed Fulham for a London derby and a mid-table duel.
Three successes in a row
A balanced duel from which the Chelsea players emerged victorious thanks to a penalty of Cole Palmer, the club’s top scorer this season with 9 goals in the Premier League. This is also the first time that a player under 21 has scored so many goals with Chelsea in one season. After the victories against Crystal Palace and at Luton, the Blues therefore have a third consecutive success in the championship, something which has not happened since October 2022.
