Excluded against Monaco in the Coupe de France, Franck Haise was sentenced to a four-match suspension by the FFF.
The year 2024 is off to a flying start for the RC Lens. Opposed to Monaco for the clash of the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France, the Sang et Or were eliminated on penalties. A match marked by great intensity but also by tensions, in particular between Franck Haise and the refereeing body, leading to the expulsion of the Artesian coach before the break.
Four match suspension
👮 Excluded during #RCLASM for having repeated “it’s shameful” following a very contentious action in the opponent’s area, Franck Haise received a (heavy) suspension of 4 matches, one of which was suspended by the FFF. This Friday, two days before a big match against PSG, the sanction fell for Franck Haise, and it is quite heavy. The Lensois technician has in fact been suspended for four matches, one of which was suspended, so he will not be able to return to his team’s bench before February 11 against Strasbourg. The RCL does not intend to appeal this decision, although it has indicated that it finds this sanction to be heavy.
