After having already registered three recruits, Olympique Lyonnais is progressing very well in negotiations for Dutch striker Arnaut Danjuma. But we still need the approval of Everton.

Olympique Lyonnais continues to be very active in this winter transfer window. After welcoming two Brazilians from Botafogo (Adryelson and Lucas Perri) and announcing on Wednesday the arrival of the great Belgian hope Maick Fofana, the Rhone club is continuing its transfer window.

Les Gones want to recover Nemanja Matic, who absolutely wants to leave Rennes, and are also looking for another offensive reinforcement. It could be Arnaut Danjuma, the Dutch striker, currently on loan from Villarreal to Everton.

According to the Liverpool Echo, discussions between OL and Danjuma should not pose any problems regarding the player’s contract, and negotiations are progressing well with Villarreal. In the end, the main obstacle to be removed in this matter is the agreement from Everton, necessary to break the loan of the former Tottenham player.

Danjuma has only played 17 matches this season in all competitions. He would like to stay at Goodison Park, according to the English daily, but if Sean Dyche is not able to guarantee him playing time, he might be tempted to look elsewhere.
