Olympique Lyonnais announced this Tuesday the departure of one of its emblematic players.
It was anticipated, it is now official: Rémy Riou is no longer an Olympique Lyonnais player. The Rhone club announced this Tuesday that it had released its number 2 goalkeeper to allow him to join for free with Paris FC, a Ligue 2 team. A page is turning for this emblematic player of the club, born in Lyon and from from the OL academy.
“ Olympique Lyonnais informs that it has agreed to release Rémy Riou from his last 6 months of contract by allowing him, at 36, to join Paris FC“, we can read in an official press release published by Olympique Lyonnais, this Tuesday, early in the evening.
