Zinedine Zidane is undoubtedly a Real Madrid legend, both as a player and as a coach.

It would be incredibly difficult for one of Zinedine Zidane’s sons to follow in his footsteps at Real Madrid, and that’s what we’re seeing so far. All four of Zidane’s sons have passed through the club at one time or another, but none have managed to establish themselves in the first team. Enzo left the club in 2017 and is currently without a club, while Luca is at Eibar after leaving Madrid in 2020. Theo could still come into his own, as he currently plays for Castilla, but the youngest – Elyaz – will be the next to go.

Indeed, according to Relevo, Elyaz Zidane, 18, will soon leave Real Madrid, where he has been playing since 2013. He is no longer popular in Alvaro Arbeloa’s U19 team, and the decision was therefore made to transfer him to Real Betis.
