It’s official ! OM gets their hands on Jean Onana. This is a loan with option to purchase by Besiktas.

It’s done ! As announced by various sources in recent days, Olympique de Marseille announces the signing of Jean Onana from Beşiktaş. The midfielder signed on loan with an option to buy with the Olympian club after the success of his medical examination.

Deprived of his internationals who left for the Ivorian CAN (January 13-February 11), Italian coach Gennaro Gattuso found himself with a greatly weakened midfield, with only Geoffrey Kondogbia and Jordan Veretout as potential starters.

The Olympian leaders therefore granted his wishes to reinforce the central compartment of the meadow with a versatile midfielder, capable of playing in central defense who already knows Ligue 1 well.
