A recruit for OM! The signing of Jean Onana was announced this Monday afternoon by Olympique de Marseille. The Cameroon international arrives from Besiktas on a loan with an option to buy, and Gennaro Gattuso gets the reinforcement he wanted: a French-speaking midfielder, who already knows Ligue 1.
Onana has indeed passed through Lille, Bordeaux and Lens, but his experience in the French championship did not prevent him from making a small blunder when he arrived in Marseille. The Cameroonian landed in the Marseille city with a branded jacket, on which the words “Paris” were written. And some supporters did not fail to notice this when seeing the traditional photo of the new OM recruit with “Titi” at the airport.

The controversy is not very bad, but some Internet users believe that such an oddity may be the symbol of a player who is poorly advised (those around him could have noticed) or who is not really concerned. This would have avoided giving a negative first impression to certain OM supporters, who shame PSG.
