PSG gave no quarter on Sunday evening against Revel, in the 32nd final of the Coupe de France (0-9). Luis Enrique’s men largely dominated their opponents and Kylian Mbappé scored a hat-trick.

It was a party for US Revel at the time of the draw for the 32nd finals of the Coupe de France. The Regional 1 resident players were delighted to cross swords with Kylian Mbappé and the rest of Paris Saint-Germain. This Sunday, there were a few fewer smiles on the pitch at the Pierre-Fabre stadium in Castres. At least on the Revel side, because logically it was PSG who won. And very widely (0-9).

Despite a more than decent start to the match from the evening hosts, it was Paris Saint-Germain who opened the scoring shortly after the first quarter of an hour of play thanks to Mbappé (0-1, 16th). The Revel players then tried to get back in place, but the Parisian steamroller got the better of their determination. Under pressure, Maxence N’Guessan scored against his side (0-2, 38th), then Marco Asensio worsened the score (0-3, 43rd) before Kylian Mbappé, on a brilliant delivery from his Spanish friend, did not There goes his double (0-4, 45th).

Applause and lap of honor

More suspense even before the break, and Paris got off to a strong start in the second half. Mbappé, again, found the fault again (0-5, 48th), before Gonçalo Ramos scored from the penalty spot (0-6, 71st). And it wasn’t over since Randal Kolo Muani scored twice (76th and 90th), while young Cher Ndour also sent the ball into the back of the opposing net (87th). Once the final whistle was heard, the Revel players took the time to share a few final moments with their audience, offering themselves a lap of honor during which the applause was provided.

The competition is over for US Revel, it continues for Paris Saint-Germain who are qualified for the round of 16 and who will know their future opponent this Monday, during the draw.
