Antoine Mille, the Chateauroux midfielder, missed his move during the penalty shootout between his team and Les Herbiers. But Berrichonne still qualified.
It’s a video that has gone around the world since Saturday. It comes from the penalty shootout between Les Herbiers and Chateauroux, in the 32nd final of the Coupe de France.
Berrichonne midfielder, Antoine Mille had the opportunity to give his team victory after two failures on the Vendée side. But No. 10 Castelroussin completely missed his panenka attempt, with a small ball that was far too soft, captured without any difficulty by the Herbiers goalkeeper. The latter did not like this gesture, and he made it known by throwing the ball in the direction of his opponent.
The worst messed up panenka in history, the goalkeeper’s reaction… The magic of the Coupe de France 😂

Fortunately for Mille, Chateauroux still managed to qualify (2-2, 3-4 tab), and it should be noted that the former Bourg-en-Bresse player had previously scored a magnificent goal, with a strike in full skylight. Now all he has to do is rework the panenka…
Football is still rogue: Mille is going to tour the world for his generational panenka when 45 minutes earlier, he released this (and he has been releasing this for five months). pic.twitter.com/XjoMlqdRRM
